Sydney’s Fund Foundation reduces the burden of medical travel by providing stipends ranging from $300-$500 to individuals and families who need to travel at least 300 miles for medical care. To apply, simply fill out the form below and attach a letter from your physician certifying that you will be traveling at least 300 miles for medical care. The fund committee will be in touch soon.
